Ultraframe Ultrasky Orangery, Dartington

Our customers approached Proworx South West after purchasing a new-build property that lacked the additional living space they needed for their young family and entertaining friends. With their washing machine and tumble dryer housed in a detached garage, they were also looking for a more practical layout.

After careful planning and design, we created a stunning Ultraframe UltraSky orangery, connecting the house to the garage and providing a beautiful, bright and comfortable living space. Featuring wide aluminium bifolding doors opening onto the garden, the new orangery has become a cosy snug and second sitting room for the whole family to enjoy.

Alongside the orangery, we transformed the basic garage into a beautiful, fully insulated utility room, complete with new kitchen cabinetry, insulated walls, ceiling and flooring.

The result is a stunning transformation that has significantly increased the property’s usable living space, creating a practical, spacious and welcoming home perfectly suited to modern family life
