Ultraframe Tiled Roof Conversion, Kingsteignton

Our client wanted to transform their existing cold conservatory into a comfortable, fully usable living space that could be enjoyed throughout the year. To achieve this, we installed the highly efficient Ultraframe Ultra 380 tiled roof, ensuring excellent insulation while maintaining natural daylight with a full-length glass panel.

We also upgraded the windows and doors with thermally efficient, A-rated units, and took the extra step of insulating and plastering the boundary side frames. To further enhance the space, we raised and insulated the floor, ensuring warmth and comfort even in the colder months.

The result is a stunning transformation—an inviting, cosy living space that can now be used year-round, no matter the weather.
